Throughout March, PBS affiliate NJN's State Of The Arts program focuses on the theme of "the new new thing," and as such, duly investigates upstart NYC venue The Tank, Manhattan's premier experimental epicenter. As an adjunct, some attention is given to Tank ally Bit Shifter, in an interview and other footage. Thanks to the magic of television, Bit Shifter's IQ appears to break the two-digit mark.
