An audiovisual excerpt from May's collaborative Eight Over Four performance at The Tank is being screened this Thursday night as part of the opening night of the New York Video Festival at Lincoln Center's Walter Reade Theater. The excerpt, showcasing a brief slice of a collaborative live performance between Bit Shifter (audio), Giles Hendrix (video) and Chiaki (video), is incorporated into the NYVF's Program 5: Synaesthesiologists: Global Audiovisuals Now presentation.
Additionally, all attendees are invited to an after-party taking place at Rothko (116 Suffolk), where the Bit Shifter / Chiaki / Giles Hendrix clip will be made available on a touch-screen video jukebox.
