Version>03 2003 03 28

Bit Shifter will be participating in the Version>03 festival in Chicago. Version>03 is a five-day festival taking place across multiple venues, featuring performances, art, installations, multimedia, film, and workshops. On Friday (03/28) at noon, Bit Shifter participates in a workshop on Game Boy music-making, and on Saturday (03/29) participates in a performance alongside several other Game Boy musicians.

From the Version>03 website:

"Version>03 will explore technotopian and technopocalyptic visions of the present and future through discussion, symposia, workshops, performance, installations, video and film screenings, and exhibitions. By examining practices, tools and ideas that direct us into the future, we hope to encourage dialogue, direction and action towards addressing real and speculative forces arrayed in the 21st century."
