This Monday, stop by Galapagos for the newest installment of The Psychasthenia Society, a monthly multimedia event featuring some exceptionally talented artists. Also, Bit Shifter. Ray Sweeten (The Plantains / Mitgang Audio) performs unique and possibly site-specific audio work, Daniel Vatsky supplies transfixing visuals, and Jon Keith Brunelle holds it all together with unconventional laptop narratives and subversive, recombinant storytelling. Bit Shifter provides both enticing appetizer and sweet dessert, bookending the show with two modest sets. Five bucks -- come out and have a drink after work.
